Petals operates the Petals Worldwide Florist Network™ (PWW) which includes over 40,000 professional florists worldwide.

Petals Network is a real-time, online order clearinghouse available worldwide for the sending, receiving and tracking of floral gift orders.

Orders can placed through Petals Network for delivery to over 70 countries by local professional retail florist members and affiliates. Quality Control - We have over 18 years of experience in dealing with international floral order transmission. We realise how much success depends on all members' commitment to quality and service. We have a number of quality control programs to monitor member and customer complaints. To maintain a high level of quality and service, members with above average complain rates are suspended from the system.

Fair Trade - Our system is built on a fair trade basis. Any organisation is eligible to become a member. We try to guarantee for every order sent, we will return orders. This of course depends on the reputation of the organisation with Petals Network. Also, the number of suppliers in a country will depend on the number of inbound orders to that country.

Confidentiality - We do not provide information about members of the network to third parties unless required to by law. We do not sell, trade, rent or loan personal information about members or customers.

Pricing and Payment - We have a standardised commission structure based on the total value of the orders. For orders sent into the PWW system, you will be paid a percentage of the total value of the order (this includes flower value, delivery and any in-country relay fees.
